Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using UPS. We provide you with a tracking number via email once it becomes available from the carrier. 

When paying for expedited shipping, please note the day of the week and time of day may affect the actual shipping date. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. 

When selecting expedited shipping, please note that 'UPS Business Days' refers to the days in a week when the UPS service operates normally. This typically includes Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and certain holidays.

To ensure your package is delivered a signature is required on all shipments.  Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If no signature can be obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at the door and the package will be held at a local pickup hub. You can also retrieve that information using your UPS tracking number,

Orders are shipped from Southern California. Pick up is not available.
