Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped using UPS. We provide you with a tracking number via email once it becomes available from the carrier. Orders received over the weekend will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.  Orders are shipped from Southern California. Pick up is not available.

To ensure your package is delivered, a signature is required on all shipments.  Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If no signature can be obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at the door and the package will be held at a local pickup hub. When selecting expedited shipping:

• The day of the week and time of day affects the actual shipping date. 
• 'UPS Business Days' refers to the days in a week when the UPS service operates normally. This typically includes Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and certain holidays. 
• For further clarification, please go to UPS Shipping Services.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to be fully aware of shipping/delivery times at the time the order is placed.
• At ProCutta we will always hustle to get an expedited order shipped out the same day the order is placed. However we reserve the right to ship your order the day after your order is placed. Our standard cutoff time for expedited shipping on weekday orders is 12 PM Pacific time.
  • if you place your order after 12 PM Pacific we cannot guarantee same day shipping. But will try!
  • If you place your order after 3 PM Pacific time, it will ship the following day (excluding Sundays) due to UPS cut-off times.
