Return Policy

All returns require a return authorization number prior to shipping. Please contact us to request an RA#. Returns received outside of the following guidelines will not be refunded or returned. 

  • Returns must be in new (unused/never assembled) condition and include all original hardware and accessories.  Items returned with scratches or scuff marks are deemed used.
  • RA#s are only issued within 15 days of the order shipment date and will expire 5 days after being issued. 
  • Returns must be shipped back to us using a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost, returned items. Shipping costs incurred for the return are not reimbursable. 
  • An item that has been returned to us after going unclaimed at a shipping hub/access point will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.  

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
