Return Policy

All returns require a return authorization number prior to shipping. Please contact us to request an RA#.

  • Returns must be in new (unused/never assembled) condition, and include all original hardware and accessories.
  • RA#s are only issued within 30 days of the purchase date and will expire 14 days after being issued. Returns received outside of this timeframe will not be refunded or returned. 
  • Returns must be shipped back to us using a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost, returned items.
  • Shipping costs incurred for the return are not reimbursable. 

An item that has been returned to us after going unclaimed at a shipping hub will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping fees are not refundable.
